About Me
Hello, I'm Simron, but you can call me Simmi! I'm a project manager who loves organizing chaos and turning big, messy ideas into things that actually ship. I believe project management is happening around us all the time; we just aren't aware of it. For example, planning a vacation, making dinner, or fixing the house all involve elements of project management, such as gathering requirements, stakeholder management, and budget management.
I've spent the last few years managing complex, cross-functional projects for enterprise brands, which basically means keeping a lot of moving pieces aligned, asking the right questions, and staying calm when timelines get tight.
Outside of work, I'm wired the same way. I plan trips with spreadsheets, host quarterly Zumba classes for fun, and foster kittens, coordinating their meds, vet visits, and adoptions. Recently, I got a 3D printer and started learning CAD, which has been a surprisingly good reminder that everything, whether it's software or a physical object, gets better through testing, iteration, and patience.
At the end of the day, I care about clarity, empathy, and momentum. As a project manager, that shows up in how I communicate, how I make decisions, and how I support the people I work with. In life, it shows up as curiosity, structure, and a genuine interest in building things that feel thoughtful, human, and useful!
